The EFAST2 Help Desk is open Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Eastern Time). While regularly closed Federal Holidays,
we will be providing live assistance on Columbus Day October 8, 2012. Additionally, the EFAST2 Help Desk will provide expanded
help desk hours October 12, 2012 and October 15, 2012. On those two days, live operator assistance will be provided from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. (Eastern Time).
